Ticket Policies & Procedures

Tickets for events at Arena at Denny Sanford PREMIER Center are available through the KELOLAND Box Office at Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. KELOLAND Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, with extended hours on event days. The KELOLAND Box Office is open on Saturdays and Sundays if an event is scheduled. Purchases can also be made online at www.Ticketmaster.com. Call the KELOLAND Box Office directly at (605) 367-8460 (for information only, no ticket sales).

KELOLAND Box Office is located on the first floor of Denny Sanford PREMIER Center, just inside the main entrance, facing the Canaries Stadium.

The Box Office at the Arena is open when there is an event taking place at the Arena. Call the KELOLAND Box Office at (605) 367-8460 for Arena Box Office hours for specific events. The Arena Box Office is located on the first floor of the Arena, just inside the Arena's main entrance.

Buyer Beware - Important Information Regarding Purchasing Tickets
Ticketmaster is the official ticketing company for events at Denny Sanford PREMIER Center and Sioux Falls Arena. KELOLAND Box Office and www.Ticketmaster.com are the only authorized sources for event tickets. Purchasing tickets at any other unauthorized ticketing website may result in fraudulent tickets, or tickets that cannot be used for entry. These tickets will not be exchanged and/or refunded by Denny Sanford PREMIER Center or Ticketmaster. If you have questions please call our Administrative Office at (605) 367-7288.

Types of Payment Accepted
The Box Office accepts Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Photo ID is required.

Will Call
Customers can pick up their tickets at the Will Call window (located at the Arena Box Office) beginning one hour prior to the event. You must present a photo ID and the credit card used to place the order if purchased through Ticketmaster. Tickets will not be given to anyone other than the name provided.

Photo & Video Policy
Non-professional, still cameras are allowed for most events, but all audio and video recording devices are forbidden.

Children Age Requirements
Arena Event – Under 3 Free (some exceptions)

Children that do not require a ticket may sit on a lap. If your child requires a seat, you will need to purchase and additional ticket.

Items Not Allowed
For your safety and protection, management reserves the right to enforce the following restrictions:
• No alcohol, drugs, illegal substances or any paraphernalia associated with drug use.
• No Audio/Video recorders, professional cameras or tripods.
• No cans, bottles, coolers or other similar containers.
• No fireworks.
• No flags/signs with poles.
• No laser pens/pointers of any type.
• No noisemakers such as air horns or vuvuzelas.
• No oversized bags, backpacks, or duffel bags.
• No pepper spray / mace.
• No weapons of any type, including chains, knives, firearms, and spiked jewelry.
• Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management.

Please note that these policies are subject to change based on the agreed upon terms between the venue and the event company.
