They're coming - eight of America's best BBQ chefs are making their way to Sioux Falls for the Argus Leader RibFest. From Texas to Ohio, Florida and Virginia, Pennsylvania to right here in Sioux Falls, they're all here to compete for cash, bragging rights and your vote as the best at RibFest. As you enter RibFest, you will receive a voting ballot. That ballot could be worth $2,500 for your favorite BBQ vendor. It could also win you some great RibFest prizes.

After sampling the BBQ from these award-winning vendors, cast a vote for your overall favorite based on quality of food, sauce, and customer service and showmanship. The BBQ vendor with the most "People's Choice" votes at the end of RibFest will take home a check for $1,500, a huge trophy and braggin' rights for another year.

Our judges will take care of the rest. They will hold a blind taste test and pick their favorite sauce and their favorite ribs. Tough job, huh?
